Hey there! Welcome to my blog which is full of reflections from a twitching caffeine addict.

This online journal started as an outlet for me to digest what has been going on with my health and share some of the lessons I have come to along the way. The most earth shattering being that caffeine apparently does not define me. I am still a walking, talking loud mouth lady with too much to say, even without my favourite fuel.
